I didn't particularly like the design of the new Nether Respawn Anchor, with glowstone filling up a tiny orb in the center. I decided to make a "cleaner" version, where the glowstone fills up a bar at the very top of the block, exposing as much of that lovely crying obsidian texture as possible. This is the 16x16 version, I have made a version for the 32x32 Faithful on my profile.
