I liked the lanterns from this pack (https://www.planetminecraft.com/texture-pack/beter-lantern-pack-1-16-3/), but it didb't have 3d chains to go with the lanterns, so I went to find a texture pack with 3d chains that work with those lanterns and found this one (https://www.planetminecraft.com/texture-pack/3d-lanterns-and-chains/ ). The chain model was great except that it was rotated 90 degrees compared to the end of the chain on the hanging lantern, so I edited the model from the second resource pack so it matched up with the lanterns from the first resource pack.

File attached is the edited chain model from the second resource pack.
