This pack models the End-Crystal to a Creeper Yes.

The Sister Resource-Pack to; TNT-Crystals.

Why this pack?

There's no reason you should even be interested in this. Back away from the Cursed Minecraft!

Yes, this requires OptiFine compared to the TNT-Crystals which does not because that is only textured.

Problems? Maybe this will help!

Make sure you have OptiFine as well as these settings enabled:

Options -> Video Settings -> Quality -> Custom Entity Models: ON
