What is it?
Custom XP Colours Generator is a site that allows you to choose custom colours for experience and generate a resourcepack to use in Minecraft Java Edition. This generator works best in a vanilla game, although mods such as optifine are supported.

How Does The Generator Work?
This generator uses vanilla core shaders to change the colours of experience text, experience orbs, and the experience bar (when advanced animation is enabled). This means it will work best in Minecraft 1.17 and above, however, it does support older Minecraft versions with the use of mods like optifine

I'm working with commands and noticed that making text appear on screen (chat, title, sidebar, etc.) with the color #80ff22 makes it change the same as the xp text on the hud. Is it also possible to do the same with text displays or signs?
I noticed that on 1.21.4 there is an overlay that appears whenever you enter water, it is really annoying and im guessing its not intentional, could you look into it?

also just to rule it out, try disabling any other resourcepacks or mods you have to see if it still happens then
