Hi everyone! This resource pack adds 18 different colors of 4 types of pirate hats, meaning 72 new pirate hats to wear! Alongside this, this pack also adds a hook and cutlasses!
This pack doesn't outright replace the carved pumpkin model and it does not allow the placing of pirate hats! It should also be compatible with all other resource packs so long as it's given higher priority than any resource packs that change the pumpkin blur texture (which this pack makes invisible).
THIS RESOURCE PACK REQUIRES OPTIFINE OR CIT RESEWN TO WORK!!
Rename a carved pumpkin to "[color] [type]" to turn them into pirate hats! You can have text after the color and type (which must be in that order with nothing between them) but not before, and the name itself isn't case sensitive. E.g. "Pink tricorn pirate hat" or "leather turned bicorn" are both valid names.
Types:
- Tricorn (three-sided)
- Bicorn (two-sided)
- Turned bicorn (turned to have brims to left and right)
- Cavalier (bicorn with one brim down)
Colors:
- White
- Light Gray
- Gray
- Black
- Brown
- Leather
- Red
- Orange
- Yellow
- Green
- Lime
- Mint
- Cyan
- Light Blue
- Blue
- Magenta
- Pink
Getting hooks and cutlasses is pretty straightforward. To get a hook, simply rename an iron hoe to include the word "hook" in its name. As for cutlasses, rename any sword to include the word "cutlass" in its name. None of these are case sensitive and can include other words in its name.
Feel free to use this anywhere, I just ask that you credit me for it if you do! <3
- Featherless variants
- Bandanas/skullcaps
- Turned tricorn hats with skulls and crossbones on the front brim
- Other types of commonly worn pirate hats
