This pack emphasizes on the new stone block added to 1.17 called Deepslate. To celebrate this new addon, I decided to take the 4 original hostile mobs and make them fit in cave look. Each one is downloadable from the planetminecraft skins section.

Can you make an optifine version that gives the mobs this texture when below y0, since optifine has started releasing snapshots for 1.17 snapshots?

Some ideas to make each one unique:

Mossy Skeleton - Turn the skeleton back to normal, put vines on it, and make the color darker.

Glow Spider - Turn the spider back to normal, and give the spider the glow squid's color palette.

Chained Zombie - Turn the zombie back to normal, make the color darker, and put chains on his wrists.

Lava Creeper - Just leave it as is.
