- Download the resourcepack

- Start Minecraft (Java Edition)

- Click on Options...

- Click on Resource Packs...

- Click on Open Resource Pack Folder

- Place the .zip File in there
(If the .zip file doesn't show in Minecraft, try to extract the zip file.)
