IMPORTANT:
After you put the resource pack on, remember to pause, go to options,
click on languages, and select "Zombie Apocalypse (US)". This will make
the items have the correct names.
All of the changed textures have much higher resolution than normal Minecraft items, but the quality varies. Most items are 128*128 or 256*256, but a few are different. (Such as grenades and medkits)

Edit: And far more than that... I'm currently working on a more organized and updated list of the items, blocks, and entities it modifies.
There are two animated blocks, tnt and pink stained glass. Their frametime is 6. (Frametime = how long each frame of the block's animation is displayed in a metric unknown to me. A frametime of 6 means that each frame lasts a bit more than a quarter of a second.)
Additionally, the subtitles are modified; instead of egg flies it says grenade is thrown, and so on.

Bows are pistols (actually named pistol and in
yellow), arrows are bullets (actually named bullets and in yellow),
spectral arrows are flare bullets (in red), tipped arrows are named
<effect> modified bullets and are in white, eggs are grenades,
diamond swords are katanas (bold in purple), iron sword are steel knives
(in blue), stone swords are not textured yet but are named stone club
(in green), wooden swords are wooden clubs (in gray), and armour is not
textured yet but is named: leather armour is named various things (torn
shirt, old pants, etc.) and is in gray, chain mail armour is the
camouflage set (will have a camouflaged texture eventually and will have
a camouflage effect from command blocks) (edit: probably will not...)
and is in dark green, iron is the survivalist set and is in blue, and diamond
armour is the military grade tactical set and is in bold purple. Potion effects
instant health and regeneration are named "Medkit". Snowballs are medkits,
and water bottles are canteens. PIeces of leather are backpacks
