idk how it would work with a texture pack, cus in the files there is no capes. The capes are special so mojang keeps them themselfs, unfortunantly. (:

Sorry I went silent, ANYWAY... my suggestion is to make a Diamond, stone, or netherite texture into the sword from Hive's Winter Ticket. You can choose which sword to be texture, and here is the sword. Winter Ticket
As for mob skins, you can make the texture of the zombie, or other melee mob, to be ghosty from hive-o-ween 2023, and enamel pin.
