    My HL2 map now has a Texture Pack for it! If you do not know what I'm talking about visit here

    You can also use it for regular use to spice up your minecraft but it is recommended to use in the custom map.

    Additional Notes

    I have modified 50% or more of the texture pack, based on most common things to find in a regular world.

    Again have you tried to make a Texture Pack from sctratch? It's extremely hard!
    I didn't copy anything from the pack I just used it as the first template because it was the only pack I had that was 32x32.

    its stolen and edited from precisely portal texture pack (if u dont believe me just look in the file)
