- A Compass, a Recovery Compass and a Clock are displayed in the bottom-left corner of your screen while playing.
Subpacks (Pack Settings)
- PC: Items displayed vertically.
- Mobile: Items displayed horizontally to prevent Overlapping with the Joystick.
Note
In Mobile mode, the items have been re-arranged to prevent your thumb covering the Clock as I think it is more important than the Compass.

You can fix it yourself by following` MiauMattiMCs instructions in this link:

Make sure not to remove lines, only change the id_aux for the recovery compass.
This is a hot fix meaning you are chancing a file already in use.
Open your file manager ( Explorer under Windows i.e.) and browse to "C:\Users\Vortex88\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\resource_packs\HUDCompass\hud-compasses-clock modified\subpacks\default\ui
Usually the folder "AppData" is hidden, that is what makes it difficult. You can either check "unhide hidden folders" (google it) or you have to enter this path manually in the location bar.
Now you have to edit the file hud_screen.json with an editor of your choice. Notepad i.e., not Word ...
Find the line #item_id_aux under recovery_compass_view and change the ID to 42926080 . Save it and go.
