I found this amazing work of art on YouTube, but his tutorial wasn't accurate anymore.

So I took it upon myself to re-create it as a resource pack. I've gotta say, mission successful. Please enjoy your TNT and Creepers screaming at you as Lemongrab from Adventure Time.

(As an added bonus, now parrots will also scream at you!)

I'm not sure. That parrot's code is to play the same sound effects that mobs make, just slightly faster and higher pitch. Since they aren't pulling from their own sound effects I don't think I'd be able to disable it. But I can look into it a bit more.
