Not All mobs will affected, some of it will stay normal..
And then should be a folder show up, open the folder and navigate to
AllMobsIsMe\assets\minecraft\optifine\cem
Delete myskin.png, put and rename your skin to myskin.png
(Bassicaly replace my skins with yours with the same name)
ONLY FOR 1.17 or 1.17.1 AND YOU NEED OPTIFINE TO WORK.
How to change the skin to yours.
Move the downloadable file to your resourcepack folder, and rightclick it then choose extract here (You need to install Winrar or any archive manager software, mine is BandiZip)And then should be a folder show up, open the folder and navigate to
