Beta version of my Minecraft Revisted java texture pack for the new 1.11 update.
Extract to C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\resource_packs.
Create a new world select this as the resource pack and tick the require players to accept resource packs to join then get your friend to join.
Tested and working on Xbox One via the above method.
