You can place the model on your head or on the ground with an item frame!

One of the things I noticed right from the start and that caught my attention straight away are your excellent thumbnails and image gallery photos. How do you make them (particularly ones like the 2nd image in this pack's gallery) ? Are there any specific programs/websites you use ?
