There is the portal animation I made few days ago for the Heroes II texture pack.
But because it looks really magic, I know players magicians that will want this in a separate pack. :)
H2x16 because, Heroes2 colors palette, and x16 because it's in 16x16... And has 16 frames instead of the original 32 of Minecraft.
Usage guideline:
You can use this texture pack, mix and modify as long as you give credits correctly, and do not try to make money out of it.
