!!OPTIFINE REQUIRED!!
Quivers were among the first few items added into Minecraft, but were cut very shortly after their debut, this pack aims to add back that classic feel. Fun fact, the texture from the quiver was taken from one of Notch's previous games. The pack is compatible with both Jappa and Developer Art, you just need to do some minor tweaks to the files. By default it uses the Jappa style as that's what I see most people using. The way the pack works is once you have at least 10 arrows of either type, they will appear as a quiver, but still function the same - simple as that. To get the classic quivers you will need to edit the resource pack's files just a bit. If you don't know how to edit a resource pack, follow my poorly worded and over-complicated instructions below!
For the original quiver and spectral quiver, find the Jappa textures, delete/rename them, and then find the dev art ones (quiver1 and spectral_quiver1) then remove the "1" off the end of the name. Make sure they are named correctly and remain in the same file they started in. ("Quivers DX\assets\minecraft\optifine\cit\arrow", and "Quivers DX\assets\minecraft\optifine\cit\spectral_arrow").
If you want to increase/ decrease the amount of arrows you need for a quiver, then simply edit the "arrow_10.properties" or the "spectral_arrows_10.properties" files with an application like Notepad++.
for example:
matchItems=arrow
stackSize=10-64
tile=spectral_quiver
to however many you want:
matchItems=arrow
stackSize=25-64
tile=spectral_quiver
Now it takes 25 arrows for a quiver. note: Only edit the first "Stack Size" value
If you find any bugs or have a suggestion then tell me in the comments!

You could just use TextEdit as a default app to open a .properties file, hope this helped.
