A resource pack that turns end-stone into an animated rainbow block! Should work on any version above 1.20 and it might work on older versions (not tested).

If you want the rainbow block to not be end-stone, you can change the png and mcmeta file name to the block you want and it will work. I just used it to make working RGB for a giant PC build I did and randomly chose end-stone lol.
