I sat up today and wondered why default enchantment glow is really boring so i made a new one!
It should work for 1.13 and above up to 1.14.4
Made entirely by me

I will try making more enchantment glows in the future as i see this as something new!

Ok i've tested it and it doesn't work at all.
I will try updating it which should be easy as renaming the files

when i play with this texture pack,my textures fuck up sometimes and when i'm mining the loot doesnt drop its just on the floor. and when i change to old texture pack everything is at normal.

the texture pack may cause some lag if your pc isn't just very good.
It may be just a bug

Ok i've tested it and so far i can't get it to work so good because the enchantment letters just appear very slightly or not at all and i've tried to make letters more visible by changing their colors to white and black.
you can see the letters on some things like bow or a sword ocasionally but it's quite broken.
