The textures and models in this pack is made by me. I HAVE taken inspiration from other packs BUT made them in my own way.

To get custom 3D models:
Use this command:
"/give [your name] minecraft:[Item/Block]{CustomModelData:[number]} 1"
Change [your name]
Replace [Item/Block] with the item/block that have 3D Models.
Replace [number] with a corresponding number from that specific item.
The [number] can be found by hovering the mouse curser over the item with 3D models!
By using the "debug_stick" you can rotate and change the state of Blocks that have custom 3D models.
This can only be applied to "solid" blocks and not "items" that are placed in itemframes!

Road signs and letters:
OBS! Letters are not working ATM, looking for a fix!

Are you referring to the "fence" or "fence gate?, because the normal fences doesn't have different models.
For the "fence gate" make sure you switch "powered" to true.
Okay so in the yellow shulker boxes, there’s only nether quarts, no signs or anything, I did reinstall the schematics file like you said, but I got relieved when the yellow boxes spawned, but then disappointment when all of them are nether quarts.
Is it broken? You told me I didn’t need to switch versions but if that’s the case then why am I only seeing nether quarts? Like just blank nothing
Also this resource pack is pretty amazing, I'm also kind of disappointed that there is no realistic asphalt road texture, I mean I guess I could just use cobblestone, but it's too black. Like freshly paved parking lot black.
I usually like detailing my cities but unfortunately minecraft is lack luster when it comes to anything like that.
The American signs should be in the same World Edit schematic as the European ones. Once you load it in to the game, the yellow shulker boxes contains the American signs.
Try the cyan terracotta and waxed weathered cut copper slab, I use it for road textures. It has different textures for more detail.
The only issue I can see is that the placement for the boxes are misaligned, that's literally all that's an issue with incompatible resource packs.
Should I switch over to 1.19.4? Because I really want the signs :|.
The only reason why I don't want to switch is because I have furniture mods that are only 1.19.2 and if I switch those will no longer be able to load properly. I hope you understand my predicament.
P.S. the Cyan Terracotta looks great but it's too many cracks on the textures
