for some reason this doesn't show in my resource packs in minecraft? i put it in the right place, but ingame it just isnt showing for some reason?

Nether music are replaced too or they are just silence?

I believe that the Nether music is replaced with the older nether music from Console Edition. If not, then its most likely silence

I said "I believe" because I wasn't sure or not since the link was broken. I gave you two possible answers to your problem, saying that it was either replaced or muted.
