SARE is a Minecraft resource pack tailored towards players with red-green color blindness.
This includes users with Deuteranopia, who are missing green color cones, and users with Protanopia, who are missing red color cones.
How does it work?
The resource pack turns red-colored items and blocks in Minecraft into a vivid relaxing blue! The intent of this resource pack is to help those with colorblind discern visually red aspects of the game that tend to blend in with the mostly green environment such as Redstone among the green grass.
What Minecraft Versions is SARE compatible for?
Currently, SARE is compatible with Minecraft 1.16.5 (or any lower version) and OptiFine 1.16.4 (or any lower version). While the resource pack will run perfectly fine on Minecraft 1.16.5, the Redstone dust will remain red, but all other blocks and items in the game however will remain blue (even the Redstone torches!). If you would like to see blue Redstone dust, however, then it would be recommended to run the resource pack through OptiFine.
What does SARE change in the game?
The resource pack affects how players perceive the environment in their world and the players' interaction with game mechanics such as Redstone! The blocks and items that the resource pack alters:
