Inside the .zip folder is ANOTHER folder called "BigHat2.0." Put THAT one in the resourcepacks folder, not the extracted .zip.
Ever wanted to try Scar's Big Hat from Season 8 on for yourself? After all, it suits everyone! Now you can! This texture pack allows you to access Scar's Big Hat, named "Jellie Surprise" in the inventory. When you equip it, you have a perfectly fitting Scar hat.
This took a pretty long time to make; at least 5 hours in total which consisted of modeling and texturing from pictures (in Blockbench, if you were wondering), and figuring out how to actually get it in the game. I finally came across a way to replace the carved pumpkin and went with that.
As far as I know, this is the only resource pack available that allows you to access the Scar hat, unless someone had the same idea or, though I hate to imagine it, just copied mine.
