The SKS is a Soviet semi-automatic carbine chambered for the 7.62×39mm round, designed in 1943 by Sergei Gavrilovich Simonov. Its complete designation, SKS-45, is an initialism for Samozaryadny Karabin sistemy Simonova, 1945 (Russian: Самозарядный карабин системы Симонова, 1945; Self-loading Carbine of (the) Simonov system, 1945)

Edit: Forgot to add that there is a wooden grip where the old school no grip on the SKS should be
Btw, Optifine is not required for item and block models, you can also make it so that the model does not replace the vanilla bow/crossbow by using custom model data (kind of like a skin)

- For some strange reason you didn't add the textures that the sks uses in its .json
- Vanilla MC absolutely hates capital letters, so avoid it in all filenames if you want to avoid compatibility issues (optifine allows but it shouldn't)
- I remade your AK74M using custom model data: https://www.mediafire.com/file/pey0d3qulomxphw/Ak74m_no_optifne_test.zip/file The downside however is that items with CMD are unachievable without commands and can't have multiple sounds, but you can have infinite ammount of models/skins through that and the vanilla version will still be ingame. If you load the pack you can give yourself the AK through: /give @p minecraft:crossbow{CustomModelData:1}
