This is Itsme64's Smaller Shield and Totem Texture Pack.

What this pack does, is that it makes shields and totems look smaller when you are holding them in your offhand so that they will be a lot less intrusive.

mod confirmed - safe download and URL leads to same spot - think something has changed with the on site download button I've seen that exact same thing happen a few times recently
