In order to get the most out of this pack, or in some instances, to even get it to run properly, OPTIFINE IS REQUIRED AND A SHADER IS RECOMMENDED/REQUIRED. Subtle Realism is made to work with many different shaders but might require some tweaking of shader settings in order for some things to work, or look the way they do in the screenshots. The screenshots in this post were taken using the 512x version of Subtle Realism and Sildur's Vibrant Shaders or SEUS Renewed v1.0.1. My settings for Sildur's are pinned in the Subtle Realism Discord.

Hey all! I took a little hiatus while my family was relocated for my work, and MAN HAVE I MISSED WORKING ON THIS PACK! I have realized that I don't have anywhere near the amount of time that I used to to dedicate to working on this, and it would not be fair to put the best looking parts of it behind a pay wall! So, I've decided to go ahead and make EVERY VERSION OF THE PACK COMPLETELY FREE! This means that Subtle Realism is now free in every resolution from 32x-512x in every version of Minecraft from 1.8 to 1.19.4.
I can't wait to get back into the workflow and start texturing again! Unfortunately, this will be a slow process and updates will not be quick, however, I don't plan on abandoning my project, no matter how long it takes. I have a family and they obviously come first, but I also love this hobby I have, and I feel like I owe it to myself and anyone who downloads this pack to continue working on it!
