Recommended settings in Video Settings and Quality Settings for best visuals. Disable them if your computer can't handle them. You can also disable better leaves.

OptiFine changes:
  • Jungle sky is less green.
Fixes:
  • Light gray beds and shulkers use Radiant Pixels textures again, after a file rename by Mojang let them unused.

Yeah, I will take a look at it.

Edit: I've changed it to a less bright and more bluish green. Fog is still the same color, so there are two tones of green, bluish above and yellowish below. I think it looks better now, thanks for your comment.

Redoing colormaps, leaves and flowers took way longer than expected. However, remember that the previous version of the pack is compatible with the latest versions of Minecraft, even if the game states otherwise. There would be some minor bugs, nothing more. The only bugs I found playing 1.17 where chest textures being flipped (quite hard to notice), grass paths using vanilla textures (because they are called dirt paths now) and iron golems using vanilla textures. Nothing game breaking. Anyway, those bugs have been fixed. I still have to fix status effect icons because Mojang keeps moving and renaming files and breaking packs.

New textures will wait until I redo all the old textures I want to rework: vegetation (done), wood, stone and Nether (will obviously feature all new Nether textures). Adding new textures when the style of the pack is going to improve only to have to change them later to the new standard is pointless. Textures that appear most of the time in game are featured so it's not a great deal and vanilla textures don't look that bad next to mine.

And some minor problems like banner colors not working properly on multiple patterns and some remaining unfinished models, of course. However, it's a good start, keep going!
