NOTE: For the time being this project is FROZEN. There will be no development for the foreseeable future. I'm looking into making something similar, but in a superior format that will be easier to utilize.
The Elevation Project
Status = FROZEN
Progress = 50%
Goal, add the necessary building blocks to revamp modern building in minecraft. From tables and chairs, to laptops and half slopes.
At the current moment, I am using optifine for this pack to operate. However if optifine dies, or goes overly long without updates to newer versions of MC, I have working prototypes that will work without optifine.
Note- This pack is fully compatible with ALL texture packs!
TEP has quite a list of new block types. To obtain these new items use their respective block. For example, oak slopes would be aquired by renaming Oak Planks to Oak Slope. Then simply place the Oak Slope in an item frame, this will allow you to rotate the block as well. All furniture, such as chairs, tables and stools are crafted via renaming emeralds to the desired furniture. Also remember, slope, inner, corner and similar block variants only exist for blocks that have slabs.
Below are some simple guidelines that will help you remember all the crafting details.
-For slopes rename the desired block to "blocknamehere Slope"
-For half slopes "blocknamehere Half Slope"
-For inners "blocknamehere Inner"
-For half inners "blocknamehere Half Inner"
-For corners "blocknamehere Corner"
-For half corners "blocknamehere Half Corner"
-For builders slabs "blocknamehere Builders Slab"
-For builders slab halfs "blocknamehere Builders Slab Half"
Remember that capitalization is important, and that you must place the items in an item frame to see the new block.
Using these simple guidelines will make building with TEP much faster and efficient.
