Austminer, the owner of his Youtube channel Pineapple Wapples and a very artistic being, has created a texture pack called The Spectacular Bright Pack. It is a texture pack with a bright, happy, cheerful theme. It took months to create and has been approved by several people.
You can download the texture pack either for versions 1.7.2 to 1.8.9, for any version 1.9 to 1.12.2, or for any version from 1.13 to 1.16.3. Important note: I will begin updating the texture pack to 1.17 when the PreReleases start coming out. Also, if the pack tells you it may not work properly for the version you're in, simply use it anyways since it works; trust me. If it doesn't, leave a comment to let me know.
On September 2nd, 2020, I did a HUGE update to this texture pack. I edited nearly everything in it and changed way more textures from the newer versions. Condwa now uses this pack on a regular basis! 😀 It is WAY better than it used to be, trust me!

Today I did a minor update to The Spectacular Bright Pack. I improved animations slightly and did a minimalistic change to super damaged anvils. Jack o' lanterns are now animated, and many other animations are now better than they used to be. Also, in the thumbnail of the pack, I updated the "1.16.2" and changed it to "1.16.3" since 1.16.3 is around now.
Also, the pack is now labeled to modify environment content.
