This pack is heavily inspired by stuff from the eighties / seventies. For example: Torches are lava lamps, the weapons are from D&D, the GUI contains alot of triangles and the music discs changed into cassettes. Beside the era, I tried to give the pack a pretty dark tone (inspired by the stories from Stephen king). The television show 'Stranger things' from Netflix (go watch it) and the game 'Life is strange' gave me some 'texturing strategies' too.

How to Install the Totally Awesome Resourcepack (1.10)

• Download the Totally Awesome Resource Pack for 1.10 (first download from top link) wait 5 seconds and then skip the ad on shorte.st!! (the button in the top right corner)
  
• If you have clicked on the right link you will end up on the mediafire website
  
• There you can download the resource pack (mediafire)
  
• Download the Totally Awesome Resource Pack for 1.10 (first download link from above)
  
• Click Start > Run (or Windows + R) and Then type in%appdata%
  
• Look for the .minecraft folder and look for the resourcepacks folder inside your .minecraft folder
  
• Open the resourcepack folder which is inside the .minecraft folder
  
• Place the Totally Awesome zip file (you can normally find this in your downloads) in the resourcepacks folder
  
• Run minecraft and select the pack from the options menu
  
• Have fun!
  

Before downloading you should know that this resource pack is still a work in progress, so don't expect everything to be textured
