Visual Leaf Decay Minecraft Texture Pack

This resourcepack changes leaves to look dead and brown when they are decaying.
This can be useful to tell if you have removed all the logs from a tree, or just as a general aesthetic improvement.

A version with compatibility for Vanilla Tweaks' bushy leaves is available here.
Programmer art version here.

The shader this resource pack uses seems to have been causing a bug where particles and weather effects turned invisible. I would appreciate if this was looked into.

as far as I know, none of the downloads contains shaders - maybe try redownloading?

I love this mod so much, not just a visual improvement, it also helps me spot any logs I missed. any plans to add cherry blossoms now that 1.20 is out?

I'm working on it, and it shouldn't be too long before it's out :)

The particles for the dead leaves use the regular leaves texture as opposed to the dead leaves texture. Is that something that can be fixed?

If you are talking about the bushy leaves version, it's a quirk of multipart. I'll try to fix it in the future.

If you are talking about the main version, it does use the dead leaves texture, but it is biome tinted due to a hard-coded feature that can't be changed. I've been trying to find a solution for a while but I don't think it's possible.

It will work with other resourcepacks most of the time but if that resourcepack changes the leaves texture or model then it will clash with this one.

Very Nice!
I am just wondering if you place the leaves and they have the persistent Block Tag, will it have the decay texture?
