It's great!  The log and grass textures are my favorite, I like how detailed and convincingly "log-ish" the log texture is, and the zig-zag pattern on the side of the grass block makes it stand out and give the pack a more fun feel.  The water texture is nice, but I think a lower opacity of the water would better, it would make it more realistic.  There is a visible tiling issue when the stone and ores are placed next to each other, though at a second glance I think the ores are just bringing attention to the slight tiling issue of the stone.  The rest is very detailed and realistic, keep it up!

I'm looking forward to seeing it! I've done a few 32x textures of my own (never completed a pack with them, so they aren't on PMC... :P) Tiling is hard! I like what you have done though, and you openness to improvement! :D Sub'd!
