This resource pack replaces vanilla Minecraft's slabs with slabs in the 16 colors of concrete, intended to make color-coding redstone circuits incorporating slabs easier.

It takes the concrete textures directly from their vanilla texture directory, so using it with a resource pack that changes the concrete textures will work perfectly.

Despite the fact that Planet Minecraft says this pack is for release 1.12.2, the pack is in fact made for the 1.13 snapshots and will not function at all in 1.12.2.
The reason this pack is made for the 1.13 snapshots is because in the 1.13 snapshots, a 16th type of slab was added to the Creative inventory, allowing this pack to use all 16 concrete colors.

can you make a version for 1.12.2 but exclude 1 color that is kinda unused
Which color would that be?

Brown? I don't like using brown for color-coding but it is your choice. Also, you should keep the 1.13 pack too, I like it a lot
The petrified oak slab added into the 1.13 snapshots' Creative inventory still existed in 1.12.2. It just wasn't in the Creative inventory. I'll just make each slab the same color as it is now.
