This resource pack replaces vanilla Minecraft's slabs with slabs in the 16 colors of concrete, intended to make color-coding redstone circuits incorporating slabs easier.

It takes the concrete textures directly from their vanilla texture directory, so using it with a resource pack that changes the concrete textures will work perfectly.

This pack could only be made with all 16 colors after 1.12, because in the 1.13 snapshots, a 16th type of slab was added to the Creative inventory.

Brown? I don't like using brown for color-coding but it is your choice. Also, you should keep the 1.13 pack too, I like it a lot
Unfortunately, I haven't made the 1.12 pack yet, and now 1.13 has come out. I'm guessing you don't need the 1.12 pack anymore.
The petrified oak slab added into the 1.13 snapshots' Creative inventory still existed in 1.12.2. It just wasn't in the Creative inventory. I'll just make each slab the same color as it is now.
