Just rename any elytras to your color of choice, for example, "Orange Elytra"


there is also an invisible elytra you can get by nameing it "Invis Elytra" and you can use this to make it look like you're flying like superman :D


Disclaimer: I have not textured the broken elytra textures quite yet
