Made using Paint.net.
How I made the textures like they are are easy.
Open up Paint.net, find a file, go to section called images, hit resize, resize it to how large you want.

If anyone is wondering this texture pack might not be compatible with 1.4.7, I made it from 13w09b (which is also in the file)
