You Might be asking yourself "Why would I ever want to have my beautiful end cities look like the're made of prismarine?".
Well the answer is simple: Why not?
Also When I was throwing this retexture together instead of doing more important stuff, it didn't occur to me that we already have a block like the one I was making (aka prismarine), so here it is, a totally pointless retexture that makes end cities consistent with the end portal found in strongholds.

Note that some things and not finished like the chorus flower and chorus flower item textures that are still purple.

If you want the changes to end cities you'll have to manually install the datapack found inside the main resource pack folder.

I never understood why they took the end in the purple direction.. The eyes, the pearls, and the old eyes are all green

I think that it would look even better with green glinted end rods, and maybye you could even coloyr the dragon's breath, eyes and fire balls along with the crystals to green
and with the particle problem could you use a datapack to create a new particle texture for endermen and so the nether portal would remain purple... idk im not good with this stuff
Also i think that seventwoworlds's idea with black particles would work

you dont need a datapack to change particles you can go to the files of the texture pack get in the textures folder and create a folder called "particles" in that folder you make a 16x16 size image and name exactly the same name as the enderman particle name after doing the textures you go to the game and you will see them in there
its actually more easy than you think

Endermen eyes were once green, so if Mojang had never changed them, the end might look like this. Awesome pack!

hey, i literally just made an account to tell you that the particles arent hardcoded, i think they may be in the textures folder somewhere, you just need to look for them and you'll probably find them, thanks!

Hmm are you sure? Cause I know you can change their texture but I haven't see anything about their color. I could in theory change the default apparance to be green instead of white but that particle is also used by nether portals and couple of other things. Maybe ther's a way with optifine but I haven't found one yet

I'm pretty sure there's a way to do it with Optifine. I remember making a texture pack that made explosion particles orange a while back, but I forgot where I learned to make it.

Well I've added them but keep in mind that due to how the game works the green color will also be applied to portal particles aswell
