Level 21 : Expert Dragonborn
This is my attempt at a realist texture pack where I aim to make textures look very natural. CTM support for glass, bookshelves, gravel, dirt, grass, and sandstone in the current release. After I'm done with this texture pack, I'm going to convert all the textures into a more RPGish feel and hopefully create the Hero Craft series. After this patch I'll be working on more CTM support to make the world feel less connected and more realistic. And as for the tools and mobs, I'll try my best. I only have support for two zombie textures for random mobs at the moment, but I will be making up to 3 to 4 for most hostile mobs and some passive mobs. Also when optifine gets updated to the newest snapshot, I'll be texturing the horses. Expect some reworking of iron tools because I'm not very happy how they turned out.

Additional Notes

After I'm done with vanilla minecraft textures I will work on some mod support like maybe Feed the Beast. Also after all thats done I'll be redoing all the textures to look more RPGish.

Update for Resource Packs : 06/23/2013 12:37:18 am6/23/13

New resource pack system means all new immersion in the game! After I initially modified the pack for the new system, I found some bugs with some of the animations. In the process, the grass, the diamond ore, and the emerald ore animations broke and I replaced them with their non-animate texture alternatives. You can now find the animated textures that are currently broken in the textures-alt folder in the ctm directory. As of right now, putting these textures into the default game will cause the textures you replace to turn into purple and black N/A blocks. Also I have added a few sounds including a flowing water sound(which is too loud and fast at the moment) and some more realistic rain effects. I also modified two of the records, including the record "Wait" which I changed to "In the Mood" by Glenn Miller. Also... I did "Mellohi"... I'll just say I sped it up...

Update of CTM : 05/25/2013 4:07:54 pm5/25/13

Ok first off before I forget, new light map for the over world while the Nether and End are still Revivals', I'll be working on them soon. Also I fixed the problems involved with carved stone bricks showing up as a random texture for regular stone bricks. I'll be continuing my updates to the pack throughout this weekend. Plus during the summer I will have all the time in the world to make this pack into my dream pack, and make more people happy with it.

Update for snapshots : 05/10/2013 8:37:42 pm5/10/13

Ok I finally decided on one pack and that's with the updated stone. I also added some more ctm support. Other than that its basically the same pack with a few minor differences. Also the lighting is from revivals medieval pack for now but I'll customize it in a later patch.

Update for 1.6 : 04/27/2013 12:32:48 pm4/27/13

I have two different versions to show here, I have one that has been textured with some new 1.6 blocks with no tweaking to old textures, and there's an experimental new version I've worked on where Ill be re-texturing blocks. In the experimental version I updated stone to look more natural and I added random ctm support for two stone textures. I'll have the default stone texture download in the regular link that I use which you can access by clicking 'Download Texture Pack', but as for the experimental pack, you it can get it here
Feedback will be an awesome thing to hear and please tell me which stone you like more, also the ores in exp are improvised so expect revision( atleast on iron and gold )

Actually no, I had never heard of you world before making the texture pack. I have been using loose variants of "Hero Craft" and "Hero Pack" ever since last April and the name has stuck on until now. Of course the development of this pack only started in December, but I just used an old name for an unfinished pack for this one because it seemed fitting and it complimented the textures.
