One of Hypixel's SkyWars Lab modes is Lucky Blocks. In this mode you get items with specially coded abilities to mimic the popular Lucky Block mod. Hypixel also offers a custom server resource pack to use, but it only modifies the textures of the blocks themselves.

Made by PixelEagle138, this resource pack uses mcpatcher features to customize the textures for a number of the drops you can get from the Lucky Blocks. From diamond and gold weapons that ignore armor to flaming armor that lights you and the ground around you on fire, this pack knows the difference between Lucky Block items even if there are multiple Lucky Block items that share the same vanilla item.
