How to install Minecraft Resource Packs

New Mobs Look :D Can used in texturepack too.
Instructions:
Go to your Minecraft directory and open bin
Open Minecraft.jar with 7Zip or Winrar
Now put all .png files in Mob and replace them.
Now close the Minecraft.jar, start Minecraft and enjoy the Skins.
