This is an Add-On extension meant by default for the Ornate 5 Re-resurrected resource pack made by me (Babbajagga).
It will work with any other pack as well. But make sure to use MCPatcher (recommended) with RandomMobs enabled, or OptiFine.
The addon adds support for the MCPatcher's features like Randomized Mob Skins and Biome-specific mob skins.
HOW TO USE
You NEED to use MCPAtcher (or OptiFine) for this addon to work.
Otherwise it wont work at all.

HOW TO USE
- place the downloaded .zip file into the resource pack folder within ".../.minecraft"
- in game, move the pack atop of any current packs
- hit Done, the game should become a nicer place to play in ;-)

Also, I really like your Pack, it was exactally what I was looking for. Good luck with your future works!
well... sort of yes, but...
1.8 cut off meta-data textures which was great for this effect, but actually even in mc 1.8 it is possible to make randomized textures per one block... basicaly each pack that has CTM support does that.
Althought most of the time it is used for making slight changes to the appearance of the block instead of greatly changing it look.
If there is a pack that uses this feature for bringing fort quite different appearance for same block, I don't know.
It would need to be very specific, because with great difference in textures per same block it would be sort of hard to create builds that relly on similar appearance. (like ie. cobblestone, it would be easy to make it change appearance randomly, like once it would be gray, once dark, etc. but if you would try to build something of such blocks it would look like a mess of textures).
It could be used for ie. making the wooden planks look like crates and the crates would be randomized in terms of texture, but you would need to sacrifice one out of the 6 wooden planks types, which could be no longer used as a plank texture (cuz it would look like a crate).
Weeeell... and there is also the option making them biome specific, so in one biome the planks would look like a crate, in other they would be like default planks.
Aside several other packs, my addon packs come with such features ;)
ufff... TL&DR
yes, but would need to be quite specific in terms of usage, but I dont know any like those.
CTM feature allows that to do.
and thanks for the kind words on my work ;)
also caused on my side rather performance decrease than increase.
Regarding the "soooooo much simplier to install as opposed to MCPatcher", well.. I dunno m8, but all one has to do with MCPatcher during installation is to select a game version you desire to use and then hit Patch button. What is complicated on that? :)
I checked the install instructions for OF just to be sure... and it is nearly the same, except you need a magic launcher...while the complex installation of OF is far more complicated as MCPatcher's ;)
OF is more for performance increase (when it works actually), while MCPatcher is focused on resource packs support. Just look up for any major rp creators and all of them preffer MCPatcher.
But anyways, as long you are not running into any problems or not working features, feel free to use OF with my rp. It is fully individual choice of prefference, I can only recommend what to use, or state what application was used during the pack creation and tested with it yielding working as intended results ;-)
btw. thanks for your shinies and favs you gave ;-)
I remember the days when I had to patch often with MCPatcher when something went wrong or I wanted to change something, etc. but nowadays I patch only once, when a new MC release comes out.
Maybe I will one day, when I actually wont have "anything" else to do, make a comparission test and see the outcomes with OF and MCPatcher.
atm are mainly the enemy mobs done, in the future I plan to add the neutral ones as well into the pack as the current ones are really just terrible placeholders from older ornate versions /rolleyes
