Bedrock Skins and Translucent Pixels
Java skins however do support translucent pixels. I don't think it would be fair to remove translucent pixels from renders, but I feel notifying users of this lack of support on HD skins might be worthwhile.
I might submit a ticket on Bedrock Edition asking is this can be sorted in an update, as it is a pain in the backside.
