Essentially it would work like Steam's "Years of Service" badge. If you've been on the site for 1 year, you get a 1 year award. A year passes by, that award changes to 2 years, etc etc.
Kinda like Imgur? This would be kinda neat to have, we just need someone to make them.

Basically this, just an award for every year. There's really no reason why it would be a problem, these things don't mean anything anyway, they're just for fun.
