Why are DDNS ips being converted to numeric ips in the votifier configs.

Describe your issue/bug here...

For my server (Ambercraft) when i use a ambercraft.ddns.net link as a votifier ip. it always converts to my non-static ip address, if its non-static it changes, which means voting breaks everyday pretty much. I'd like this to be fixed as um well I need it fixed or an alternative.

Has this been resolved? My server appears to be configured for votifier using its domain name instead of numerical IP.

Had to make sure, since you said in the votifier configs, which I could assume to be both. People do try to use this to get non-PMC support, so wanted to make sure it was PMC having the issue.

It is a known issue, the implementation is not great at all.

It is something that is planned to be fixed in the future.

When you say votifier configs, are you referring to your server or PMC?
