Neither of those posts are available to the public and you should be receiving a message that they aren't instead of being able to go to their pages and comment and whatnot.
That's most likely just a caching issue where you're being shown content that has since been removed either by the user or by moderators. When you clicked on it though, you're supposed to get a page that says something like "Oops! This submission either doesn't exist or was deleted.", not the submission page minus the content with comments still available.
