I cannot add a folder or collection to my "Manage Collections" - area nothing happens, if i click on the icons
I want to add e folder or collection to my "Manage Collections"-area.
But nothing happens, if i click theese icons
In the info-page the screenshots show a "Collections"-folder already in there.
But in my case, there is only a narrow white bar below the two icons, like this:
