Texture Pack Section Overhaul (Audio and Model Support)

Minecraft supports things called Resource Packs. To quote Xisuma's team, "Starting from Minecraft version 1.11.
Resource packs can alter textures, sounds and models." However, PMC's site doesn't appear to acknowledge this fact. Therefore I propose these changes to update PMC to modern standards.

First, change "Texture Packs" to Resource Packs". Texture Pack implies pics only. Also, the proper name is Resource Pack. That's the actual term used in the game.

Second, add more entries under Modifications. This is useful for sorting out different types of packs, unless you're looking for a model or sound change. "Audio" and "Models" should be included in this list.

Third, add more entries under Resolutions. There are a total of 6 entries for almost everything under 512, but absolutely nothing for anything over 512, and PMC already has 1024x and 2048x packs! Therefore those two numbers need to be on the list. Also, 4096 should be added for future proofing, because PMC is already behind.

Fourth, add a "0" or "N/A" option under Resolutions, because things like sounds and models don't have pixels. So, it makes no sense to assign them a resolution! Furthermore, PMC already has packs that contain literally no textures.

With these changes, PMC will be up-to-date and able to adequately support any pack. There will be no more miscategorized packs due to literally no good option being available. Users will not be forced to assign a wrong number to their 2048x packs or forced to assign any resolution to a pack that contains no textures. This will cause other users to receive more relevant and accurate results when filtering packs.

To summarize:
- Change "Texture Packs" to "Resource Packs"
- Add the following under Modifications
  - Audio
  - Models
- Add the following under Resolutions
  - "0" or "N/A"
  - 1024
  - 2048
  - 4096
