This datapack makes every tool, except pickaxes, a proper weapon.
Also being a combat update of sorts.
Axes no longer change in attack speed throughout the tiers. Being slow heavy hitters that lose to most other weapons in terms of damage output.
Hoes being the embodiment of 1.8.9 PvP, relying on denying opponents' attacks to win.
Shovels are the strongest in a head-on fight but deal very little damage.
I accounted for certain tools not having access to Sharpness and other enchants. This does not mean a Netherite Shovel suddenly becomes as powerful as a Netherite Sword with Sharpness Five.

However, I did consider what would the pickaxe be like if it were a weapon, damage that bypasses armor? Or perhaps 8x the durability drained from the enemy's armor per hit. Both of them are beyond my coding capabilities.
