How do you set a respawn point in a map?
When you use /setworldspawn, it teleports you to the top of any ceiling the spawn point is under. How do mapmakers set a spawn point without this happening?

You set the gamerule spawnRadius to 0
I'm doing that, but when I respawn, it teleports me to the ceiling instead of a block inside the structure.
You using essentials?
