How do you set a custom status?

I've been seeing some users with things like "Apprentice Fish" next to their usernames, but I can't see any way to change it beyond thedefault settings. Does anybody know how?

Go on your profile page, choose the profile tab, click on class, then choose the class you want. Once you choose one, dont always use the same one as you earn more when you reach specific levels.
If you go on your profile and click the profile button you'll see list of classes to choose from, the list will increase as you get more levels
