Hello, I need advice.

I have installed MC 1.20.2 Fabric with 69 mods (playing singleplayer). I have my world set up. The problem is that I have tick lags. I have approximately 70 to 95 ms ticks, and I don't know why.

Is it possible that the world is simply somehow "bugged" or something similar because I added mods, removed them, etc... So the world could have somehow "bugged out". I also created a new world with the same mods, and in the new world, I have no problem (so far). I tried to roughly mimic everything I have in the other world in the new world, but the game still runs smoothly. I would like to find out (if possible) what could be causing these tick lags.

I use Modrinth App as a launcher.
